Emergency Hours
We will be closed with no emergency service on the 5 major holidays of New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day thru the following Monday; Christmas Day.
Emergencies can be events such as hit by car, attack by another animal or poisoning. If you have a cat that has not urinated in the past 12 hours; is crying when urinating; or using the litterbox frequently producing small amounts of urine; or seem constipated, they should be seen immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your emergency.
Our clinic handles emergencies during regular business hours. If you have an emergency during non-business hours, the following clinics offer 24-hour emergency care: Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Madison East (608)222-2455, Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Middleton 608-831-1101, Fox Valley Animal Referral Center 920-993-9193 or UW Veterinary Hospital 800-386-8684. We are also available for urgent care when a condition is not life-threatening. Urgent care events can include: your pet having urinating or defecating issues, scratching at ears or shaking head, limping, not eating or drinking and lethargy. Please call our clinic and we will do our best to get an appointment set as soon as possible.
